There are several types of fees that traders might charge. The fees are charged in the end of each month, all is calculated and deducted automatically by the broker.
Some traders might or might not charge different fees. The best is if trader charges onIy performance fee. This means if there is no profit, trader doesn’t make any money.
Performance fee – this is part of the profit that the trader earns. If there is profit of $10,000 on the account and the performance fee is 35%, trader takes $3,500 and the investor keeps $6,500.
Managementfee – this is fixed percentage of account balance that is charged monthly. If the management fee is 1% on the account with $100,000 balance, broker would pay out $1,000 to each trader.
Subscription fee – this is fixed amount of dollars charged per month.
Markup – additions to the spreads; this is charged per each trade.
Commissions – additions to the commissions; this is charged per each trade.
Our broker doesn’t charge anything extra for this service and uses standard commissions it normally charges to all clients – $3 per USD base pairs per side.
We don’t charge any extra fees. We split the performance fee with a trader.
